I. RATES
» Special Internet Rates are valid for all reservation made though balihotelsholiday.com NOT direct to the hotel
» Special Internet Rates are including 21% tax and service charges and are quoted in US Dollars
» Room rates are per room per night
» Special package rates / super deal package are per room per package
» Sightseeing tours / spa and others are quoted per person
II. CANCELLATION POLICY
Normal Season
» One night room charge for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date.
» Early check out will be charged one night room value

July & August
» One night room charge for any cancellation within 21 days prior to the arrival date.
» Two nights room charge for any cancellation within 7 days prior to the arrival date.
» Early check out will be charged two nights room value

20 December - 10 January
» One night room charge for any cancellation within 45 days prior to the arrival date.
» Two nights room charge for any cancellation within 30 days prior to the arrival date.
» Full nights room reserved will be charge for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival
date
» No refund for early check out
III. RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION PROCEDURES
» All confirmed reservation need to be guaranteed by a valid credit card (Visa/Master/Amex)
» The credit card details shall be faxed to +62.361.231-430
» The credit card will be used to guarantee the reservation and will be charged if there is any
cancellation as per above procedures
» Hotel voucher will be issued once the credit card details is received and will be send to you either by fax or email and to the respective hotel.
IV. PAYMENT PROCEDURES
» All payment will be collected by our representative upon arrival in Bali (if you have transfer service) or
» Payment will be collected by our representative a day after check in at the hotel
» Payment will be collected by our representative with the total amount in advance.
» Payment will not be to the hotel.
» All payment by credit card will be add 3% surcharges as a Bank Fee from the total amount and will converted into Indonesian Rupiah by using the exchange rates which valid on the transactions date.
Others Exception on Payment Collection
» The copy of the credit card and passport is required for any reservation on hotels in Bali, Lombok, Yogyakarta,Surabaya, Jakarta, Sulawesi and other parts of Indonesia.
» A credit card statement form will be send to you for this type of transaction.
